This policy explains what personal data rendr.gg collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

rendr.gg generates images and video using third-party AI providers. To do this, your prompts, scene text, and any reference images, faces, or voices you supply are transmitted to those providers for processing. Do not upload another person's face or voice without their consent (see our Acceptable Use Policy). We do not use your private project content to train our own models.
We share data with vendors strictly to operate the service:

We use a single essential cookie (rendr_session) to keep you signed in, and a short-lived state cookie during Google sign-in. These are required for the app to work. Any non-essential analytics cookies are only set with your consent.
We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, the data is removed from active systems and from backups on our normal backup-rotation cycle. (Confirm exact retention windows for logs and backups.)

rendr.gg is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are under 16 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
We protect your data with access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and signed session cookies. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you and regulators of a breach as required by law.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
