These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Sauce Media ("we", "us") governing your use of rendr.gg. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use rendr.gg lawfully and to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits (among other things) illegal content, non-consensual likenesses, and abuse. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, and generate.
You own your content. You keep all rights you have in the scripts, prompts, images, and media you upload, and — to the maximum extent the law allows — in the images and video you generate with rendr.gg. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service and to send it to the AI providers needed to fulfil your requests.
AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for how you use them, including obtaining any rights or consents (for faces, voices, trademarks, or third-party material) before publishing.
rendr.gg meters generation with credits and may offer paid plans. Prices, credit costs, and plan features may change; we will make material changes visible in the app. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, purchases of credits are non-refundable once consumed.
rendr.gg is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, including during beta. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party AI providers may change or be unavailable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. (Confirm enforceable limits with counsel for your jurisdiction.)
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using rendr.gg and delete your account at any time (Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
