rendr uses the third-party services below to run the product. Each one may process customer data to the extent needed for the function described. This list is maintained so that customers under a data processing agreement can review it and object to a material change.
| Provider | What it does | Data it can see |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform | Application hosting (Cloud Run) and object storage for projects and generated media | All customer content at rest and in transit |
| fal.ai | Image and video generation | Prompts, reference images and generated frames submitted for a generation |
| OpenRouter | Routing for large language model calls (script writing, scene splitting, prompt generation) | Script and prompt text submitted for those features |
| OpenAI | Large language model calls made directly rather than through OpenRouter | Script and prompt text submitted for those features |
| ElevenLabs | Voice generation and cloning | Voice-over text, and any voice sample you upload |
| Stripe | Payment processing for credit packs and subscriptions | Billing details and payment metadata. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. |
| Resend | Transactional email — invites, password resets, account notices | Email address and the contents of those messages |
We will update this page when a subprocessor is added or removed. If you hold a data processing agreement with us and want advance notice of changes, email hello@saucemedia.us and we will add you to the notification list.
Generation providers receive the prompts, references and media needed to fulfil a request. Whether a provider retains that content, and whether it may be used for model training, is governed by the terms we hold with that provider. We select providers on the basis that customer content is not used for training by default; confirm your specific requirements with us in writing before relying on it for sensitive material.
