Billing & Refunds

How credits, plans and refunds work. This page supplements the Terms of Service; where they conflict, the Terms govern.

Credits

Generation is billed in credits. A credit is a unit of generation, priced at roughly $0.04. Splitting a scene costs about 1 credit, a styled image about 8, and a five-second silent clip about 30. Your balance and a per-generation history are always visible in the app. New accounts start with 50 credits at no cost and no card.

Plans and packs

Monthly plans grant a credit allowance each billing period. Credit packs are one-time purchases that stack on any plan. Plan allowances are granted for the period; packs stay on your balance.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate a partial month.

Refunds

• Failed generations. If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits are returned to your balance. If that has not happened automatically, tell us and we will correct it.
• Unused purchases. If you bought a plan or pack you have not spent against and you contact us within 14 days, we will refund it.
• Billing errors. Charged twice, or charged after cancelling? We refund it in full, and we would rather you told us than absorbed it.
• Spent credits. Credits already spent on generations that ran are not refundable, because the underlying provider cost has been incurred.

Statutory rights that apply where you live are not affected by anything on this page.
